Connecting Point Computers is the place in town authorized to repair an Apple product.  Our Apple Sales Professionals will make sure you get what you need, and our authorized Apple service technicians will provide the best technical assistance possible. 

What will we service:
Be it an iMac or G4 under warranty, or an out of warranty Apple Macintosh, we are the place to go to fix your problems.  Connecting Point Computers also repairs our Windows based clones in-house.  Because we are Epson and Hewlett Packard certified, we fix many printers purchased from us in store as well. 

What won't we service:
Apple has made the warranty on their iBook and PowerBook as a Send-Back-To-Apple warranty.  This has not stopped our PowerBook and iBook customers from calling us to verify a problem, or to help them with things they feel can be solved by a phone call or a visit to our store.

Due to the large quantity of proprietary software clients use on their systems, Connecting Point Computers cannot provide the software assistance needed to maintain or repair problems with software other than the Operating System.  Customers should contact the software manufacturer for support dealing with software other than Operating Systems.

Time Packs available for businesses:
A Time Pack is an excellent way to provide fast service to our customers.  Due to constant changing of the technology world, a Time Pack ensures you a great price for service that is guaranteed not to change as long as the time pack is active.

On-Site Labor: $100/ hour door-to-door
Out of Warranty Diagnostic Fee:  $85
